The Bear Lake Outpost is a fly-in, catch and release fishing location with a long history of world class northern pike fishing. You won't experience finer pike fishing anywhere. Bear Lake is located approximately 90 miles east-southeast of Thompson, Manitoba, Canada. It is a 25 mile long body of water and has many shallow bays, islands, weed beds and steep drop-offs that offer the ideal structure for giant northern pike. Year after year Bear Lake consistently ranks as one of the top trophy northern pike fisheries in all of Canada. This is documented by the Manitoba Master Angler Record Book.
